Julie Vrana | Founder, Culinologist
Julie brings more than three decades of experience at the intersection of culinary arts and food science. As a product developer, research chef, and food scientist, she has led the creation of hundreds of food and beverage products, guiding them from concept through formulation, scale-up and market launch.
Her background spans commercial food manufacturing, restaurant operations and functional ingredient development, including work with major retailers, hospitality groups and global brands. In addition to her culinary and scientific expertise, Julie has been a farmer for more than 20 years, giving her a hands-on understanding of ingredients from the ground up.
This combination of field experience and technical knowledge allows her to develop products that deliver both exceptional flavor and targeted nutritional performance. From the test kitchen to full-scale production, her work is rooted in one goal: creating food that performs as well as it tastes.
